Since 1991, Michael has worked in the Charlotte metro commercial real estate market as a Commercial Real Estate Broker, Construction Coordinator for Bissell Development, a major Southeastern real estate developer, and Project Manager for general contractors. He has extensive experience in scheduling, estimating, bid evaluations, negotiations and buyout of proposals. The many years of experience have allowed him to gain a wide span of knowledge in the field of project management and construction. As a graduate of The Citadel, Michael understands the importance of dedication and leadership. The majority of his experience involves full scope services and project management for corporate tenant buildout as well as healthcare, governmental and educational construction projects. Jennifer holds an M.A.Ed. from Virginia Commonwealth University and a B.S. in Interior Environments from Auburn University. She is NCIDQ certified and LEED accredited. Since 1996, Jennifer has served as a project manager for corporate upfit, alternative work environments and educational interiors and has experience with facilities management and master planning, medical, collegiate, institutional/educational, hospitality and residential. Additional professional work includes custom millwork and kitchen design, residential renovations, special event planning, pro bono design work for local non-profits, and as a contributing author of building codes, interiors and sustainability texts. Technological skills include an exceptional knowledge of Revit and CAD, as well as various project coordination presentation, layout and image manipulation software.JENNIFER BELK, LEED AP
